Privacy Policy
Tech Elite respects and protects the privacy of all users of the App Services. To provide you with more targeted and personalized services, the App may collect and use your relevant information. However, Tech Elite will treat such information with great diligence and prudence. This Privacy Policy explains to you how user information is collected, used, stored and shared when users use the App, and how the App provides users with access, update, control and protection of such information. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, Tech Elite will not disclose or provide such information to any third parties without your prior consent. This Privacy Policy will be updated from time to time. When you agree to the User Agreement of the App Services, it is deemed that you have agreed to the entire content of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the User Agreement of the App Services.
I. Scope of Application
(1) Personal registration information that you provide as required by the App when you register an account with it; (2) Information on your browser and computer the App automatically receives and records when you use the App Services or visit the webpage of the App Platform, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, software and hardware feature information and webpage record; (3) User personal data Tech Elite legally obtained from business partners.
II. Use of Information
(1) Tech Elite will not provide any unrelated third-party with, sell, lease, share or trade your personal information unless get your prior consent, or such third party and Tech Elite (including its affiliates) provide you with services alone or jointly, and upon termination of the service, such third party will be denied access to all such materials, including those it previously had access to. (2) This App does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or spread your personal information free of charge by any means. If any user of the App Platform engages in any of such activities, Tech Elite reserves the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with such user. (3) For the purpose of providing users with services, the App may provide you with information that you are interested in by using your personal information, including but not limited to sending you product and service information, or sharing information with Tech Elite's partners so that they can send you information about their products and services (the latter depends on your prior consent).
III. Information Disclosure
Tech Elite will disclose your personal information in part or in whole at your personal will or as required by law under the following circumstances: (1) disclose to a third party with your prior consent; (2) have to share your personal information with a third party so as to provide products and services you require; (3) disclose to a third party or the administrative or judicial authorities according to the relevant provisions of law or the requirements of such authorities; (4) disclose to a third party because you violate the relevant laws and regulations of China or this APP service agreement or relevant rules; (5) disclose to the respondent at the his/her request if you are a qualified intellectual property complainant and have filed a complaint so that both parties can handle the possible rights disputes; (6) in a transaction created on the APP Platform, if a party has fulfilled or partially fulfilled the transaction obligations and made a request for information disclosure, Tech Elite has the right to decide to provide the user with the necessary information such as the contact information of the other party to facilitate transaction completion or dispute settlement; (7) other disclosures that Tech Elite considers appropriate in accordance with laws, regulations or website policies.
IV. Information Storage and Exchange
Information and data about you collected by this App will be saved on the servers of Tech Elite and/or its affiliates. Such information and data may be sent to, accessed, stored and displayed outside your country, region or the place where this App collects information and data.
V. Use of Cookies
(1) If you have not refused to accept cookies, the App will set or access cookies on your computer so that you can log in or use the services or functions of the App Platform that depend on cookies.Using cookies in this App can provide you with more thoughtful personalized services, including promotion services. This App will ensure that your information will not be lost, abused and altered by encrypting the user password and other security measures. When you interact with the Application, we may collect the following data to protect your normal use of our services, to maintain the normal operation of the services, to improve and optimize our service experience and to protect the security of your account. Basic Information (1) Mobile device information: device model, operating system, device hardware serial number (refers to a string programmed into the device by the device manufacturer as a unique device identifier), Android ID, login IP address, wireless connection information, operating system type and version, application version number, application installation list, push notification identifier, log file and mobile network information. (2) Smart device information: such as device name, device ID, online status, activation time, firmware version and upgrade information and other basic information of smart devices. (3) Account Information: When you register for an account with us, we collect your account name and contact information, such as your email address, phone number, username, and login credentials. During your interaction with our products, we may further collect information such as nicknames, avatars, country codes, language preferences, or time zone information from your account. If you choose to authorize the use of a third party account to log in, we will obtain your shared account information (such as avatar, nickname, and region information) from the third party and bind it to your Tech Elite account for quick login, and we will use your personal information in accordance with our agreement with the third party and the terms of the third party's published privacy policy regarding the sharing of personal information, subject to relevant regulations. Please know that even if you have agreed to enable camera/camera access, we will only obtain information when you use the camera/camera by actively scanning the code, taking pictures, etc. (3) Additional services for photo/video access and upload based on photo albums (photo gallery/video gallery). You can use this feature to upload your photo for the avatar change function with the album permission enabled. We do not recognize this information when you use features such as avatars. IX. Account Deletion
Users can cancel their accounts through the following path: [My] - [Settings] - [Account and Security] - [Cancel Account]. Users have right to edit their account information in the App at any time, and may also request to delete their personal accounts. However, users unconditionally agrees that after account deletion, their information in and relating to their accounts will still be kept in the archives of Tech Elite website. Except as set forth in Article 3 above, Tech Elite will keep users' information confidential.
